At this time "NBC Learn Offline" is only available on Mac, Windows (32 and 64 bit), and Chrome operating systems. We are working to make the app available in the Android and iOS platforms as well.

WHERE IS MY "APP ACCESS KEY"?

Sign in with your account on the NBC Learn website. Copy the "App Access Key" and enter it into the Sign In section of the app.




HERE ARE A FEW KEY FEATURES OF NBC LEARN OFFLINE:

  • Offline Video Access
    Play downloaded videos anytime, anywhere, without an Internet connection.
  • Seamless Login
    No User ID/password required. Just grab the "App Access Key" from your profile settings or App download page on the site and enter it once.
  • Download and Sync Playlists
    Download and sync all of your curated playlists from the NBC Learn website.
  • Video Management
    Download individual videos or an entire playlist as well as transcripts and bibliographic information.
  • Search
    Search your playlist for NBC Learn videos by title, short description, or keywords.

    Home page provides you two options.
    • Downloaded Videos - List all of the downloaded videos on your devices.
    • Manage My Playlists - List all of your curated playlists and videos together.

    Sign In

    • First, sign in with your account on the NBC Learn website and go to the "Settings" page. Copy the "App Access Key."
    • Next, go to NBC Learn Offline and select the product you want to sign in from the dropdown menu.
    • If you have access to both K-12 and Higher Education products, you can sign in to them separately.
    • Paste the "App Access Key" into the sign in section.

    • Sync all of your playlists from the NBC learn website, in one click.
    • List all of the downloaded videos on your devices.
    • Control the quality of the video download, update subscription preferences, and enable context sensitive help for useful tips.
    • Check the hard drive usage and subscription information.
